Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation & Deposits
Initial project deposits or discovery consultations are non-refundable. They secure development window slots, coding resources, and wireframe designing assets.
Development Milestone Payments
Once a coding milestone is completed and signed off, the corresponding payment is final. In the event of contract termination during a milestone phase, billing is prorated based on hours worked or deliverables accomplished up to the termination date.
Project Cancellation
Either party may terminate active agreements with a 7-day written warning notice. Upon termination, the client receives all files, source code folders, and database models developed up to the date of cancellation.
Post-Launch Support
We provide 30 days of complimentary bug-fixing and site launching support. Subsequent maintenance retainers can be cancelled anytime with a 30-day notice.
